Lavender is the common name of the Lavandula Angustifolia plant. Lavender essential oil comes from distillation of its blossoms and has a sweet cool aroma. This particular variety of Ethereal comes from Bulgaria and is of excellent quality.
Lavender essential oil is used to treat burns, to remove tension, to reduce stress, to alleviate muscle aches, to cure infections and to harmonize the senses. Lavender essential oil can also be used for insomnia, for skin care in cuts and wounds, for headache, sadness, ulcer, acne, dermatitis and inflammation.
Levanta’s essential oil combines very well with: Citrus, Cedarwood, Clove, Clary Sage, Pine, Geranium, Vetiver, Patchouli.
